People: me & jh

Duration:19.00-- 23.30

Tide:high down

Weather: dry light s/e

Bait: rag, lug , mack

Rigs:flappers and clipped singles

Results: codling, coalies , pollack , whiting , flounder

Report:decided to try the dun as the ghost hates it and it was due a throw for old times sake when it used to throw up 2lb haddock and 3lb cod and good plaice , daylight was quiet with only a flounder to show but once dusk came the codling came on the feed with a few double shots around 30cms and a few doubles of coalies and jh getting a nice whiting that went home for his tea the next day
started to quieten of near low tide with the odd cod and jh getting a wee pollack so called it a day and made tracks for home.

yes al not a shadow of its former self  , i personally think its to do with the new sewer pipe put in a few years back that goes out to the yellow bouy in the bay , as ive fished the bay the last couple years in a wee boat, and still loads of good cod and haddock but they seem to be keeping out near the end of the pipe and just outa my casting range   .
