People me the son and tom

Duration 11.15ish to 3.45

Tide dropping and into the rise

Weather windy

Bait mac; squid sandeel

Rigs pullys/flappers

Results 3 thornies to tom




Report after a phone call to tom last night we agreed to meet up on fahan for a quick session, when we got there tom was already on the beach and set up. we got ourselfs set up to the left hand side of him, fishing was fairly slow, i did get a few rattles but no hook ups. but tom landed three thornies and one of them was his pb :D it was hard fishing with the weed and there was a very strong rip, even the 5oz grippers were not holding very well. all in all it was still a good wee session, and was well pleased for tom on his pb...

great report and pics don and well done tom on the hat trick and PB 8). i think we'll leave fahan until the neap tides run again in a few weeks don. i'll grab a few of those stickers for you at the weekend if we get back up from waterford in time :wink: . all the best man and speak soon. :P

was down on sunday night myself, all i did was feed the crabs and pull weed out, may go back down in a couple of weeks.

It was the afaw rod John and it handled the 3 ray beautifully. Had it matched with the slosh 30 a great combination.
Ya should a been here last week.

Don I camped on Fahan beach at the mariner on Monday night, out fishing Mon and Tues on the boat.

Lost my phone so couldn't make contact but we had some decent fish.
