Went out this evening after being caged up for a couple of weeks
, first mark was overrun with weed so didnt even wet a line, drove on and hit another mark not too far away. Weed was still a bit of a problem but time is precious so started anyways.. saw a few fish but not even a follow, eventually changed lure to a Tackle House K-Ten and after two casts hooked up with a bass, thought it was going to take off for Wales... it took a lot of line, eventually got the better of it and landed it.Short session ...mission accomplished 
headed home.
i ended with nada but thats normal
