does anyone know is a parabolic rod better with a fixed spool reel or multiplier, or is the effect minimal that it dosnt matter

from my limited knowledge a parbolic rods are designed to bend through the whole blank

I would think if an angler used a multiplyer down the butt to cast it would allow the rod to compress to the butt, using a fixed spool in the normal up position wouldn't allo the blank to compress as much.

Now it's only my thinking and I stand to be corrected. Maybe some of the field casters could offer better info?
