Not a thing wrong with it for the money. Its not a top of the range rod by any means but neither is it priced to be. Its much better than an awful lot of tat out there.

i agree with petekd . diawa have a rod for every mans pocket . the supercast is a very nice rod . very user freindly

good basic fishing rod, wont blow up baits unless thrashed, if you have small hands it could be hard to use as it has a thick butt
