Just back from a 2 day trip there. Very little mack so tope very slow a few small ones taken on the other small boats we just had the one at 35.

Fishing in general, the worst I`ve experienced in a long time

have been fishing carlingford for a fews sessions recently spinning for macks never got a touch, so i switched to rag worms on the bottom and i managed to get hooked into a decent sea bass, my first one. cant wait to get back out.

Don`t get too excited about Bass in Carlingford as they are more of an oddity there,
according to local sources.

Best really for Animal Fishing, BUT YOU NEED FRESH MACKO AND THERE AIN`T NONE :x :x , best to go deep and try the wrecks.
