it is reported that due to the recent rises in water temps blue sharks
are showing up on the wrecks feeding on the whitefish and have
been caught both on pirks on the bottom and on conventional shark traces

has anyone looked at booking a b&b for the group ?? the place where i always stay is nice , so let me suggest that ! and for anyone who doesnt know this are there will be no shops open in the mornin and nowhere open when we get off the boat for food !! so the lis-ardagh lodge offers packed lunch on each day for the boat and evening dinners when we get off the boat . if you want to give me exact numbers lads and ill book it and get a group deal

ive been talking to Colin and the forecast at this stage looks a bit breezy but still fishable,
in his opinion. He is reporting good white fish rough ground fishing about 5 miles out,
which is what we might end up doing. the cost is 450 per day it this is how it plays out

for saturday we have

jw, pat, roadrunner, the austrian, alby boycie

for sunday

jw, pat, roadrunner, the austrian

is this ok with all?

i checked agin with colin, we're good to go, its bit a little bit on the breezy side
but no problem. Mackerel can be picked up in abundance and it is hoped
to have good cod fishing, mackerel baits on flowing traces or hookais
seem to be working better than shads. Also sone good pollack and ling
fishing expected.

The meeting time is 8:30 reen pier for departure at 900am sharp

there may be some others joining us on sunday
