Report:the wife wanted to bring the young lad to the beach seeing that the weather was so good and I said I better bring the rod with me,on the way to the beach i saw a few cars parked near a bridge and got out to have a look and i saw a few nice sea trout in the river and saw a few jumping out in the sea,after I dropped them off at the beach and headed over to a small bay and had a few casts and got 3 mackerel,got talking to a local who was after mackerel and he told me he had 90 mackerel the evening before he also said he had a cod and red gurnard a few weeks ago at the spot so will be heading back there again soon
he also told me about a few more marks around renvyle so will have to try them as welli only had 30 mins fishing but got great local information from the guy,thanks for that
sounds like you had a better information fishing session than you did with the scaley chaps
