Weather:sunny with a nice breeze

Report:the wife wanted to bring the young lad to the beach seeing that the weather was so good and I said I better bring the rod with me,on the way to the beach i saw a few cars parked near a bridge and got out to have a look and i saw a few nice sea trout in the river and saw a few jumping out in the sea,after I dropped them off at the beach and headed over to a small bay and had a few casts and got 3 mackerel,got talking to a local who was after mackerel and he told me he had 90 mackerel the evening before he also said he had a cod and red gurnard a few weeks ago at the spot so will be heading back there again soon :D he also told me about a few more marks around renvyle so will have to try them as well

i only had 30 mins fishing but got great local information from the guy,thanks for that :D :D

can't beat a bit of local knowledge ger :wink: sounds like you had a better information fishing session than you did with the scaley chaps :D :P
