Stiff Controls

my throttle lever has gone stiff , stills goes into gear with a push but i can hear gears crunching any tips on what to do ?

Have you checked the tensioner?
Take apart your controls and grease?
Your cables could be siezed?
A slight crunch when engaging would be normal.

just be careful putting them back on. i put a trottle cable on too tight last year and broke the trottle lever in side the engine :oops: .was 6 weeks waiting on a new one :evil:
