the signs around are a little misleading, closed season from 15may-15june. if they said closed on 15th may, open on 16th of june if might be a lot clearer.
met an english guy wo was on holidays today while digging lug. he said he was heading out at 8 tonight and hoping for a few bass. when i told him it didnt open till midnight he seemed genuinely shocked. he then asked if i was taking the pi$$ as the signs said 15th-15th.

:lol: Good old Bass Fishing Conservation Bye-Law No. 826 of 2007, perfectly designed and worded to earn thousands of Euro worth in revenue for the state, unfortunately this opportunity is sadly missed year after year by the relevant authorities :wink:
