How do you tie up the drop net?

How do you tie up the drop net? Theres 3 notchs on mine which I presume need to be tied to a central point.

Donagh i honestly don't know. when you say there are three notches are there 3 'ropes'?

The metal ring holding the net has been bent in Vs for ropes to be tied onto. I've a book detailing how to make a drop prawn net that I've dug up which I can use. I think I'll need a decent float at the connect point if I'm going to use it on my own.

I was in a hurry when I bought it so I didn't think of asking how to tie it up until I got home. Whenever I get back to the shop I can always ask there.
