Cheek Point Query

Was thing of giving cheekpoint a go tomorrow, ive never been there before.
What can I expect to catch, cod & flounder I presume?
Best Bait?
Best tide?
Day or Night?

Any help appreciated.

best bait to use is lug should be plenty of codling,whiteing and flounder.there are pleanty of 2-4lb cod being cought in the river so far this year.

Hi,

fished there last night 2 hours to HW and an hour after.

Plenty of Codling (small to 1lb) and flounder too.

Was fishing 2 rods 1 in close the other at range bait Crab Lug and Mack.

Codling on Crab and Lug.

Great mark for Handy sport to keep you busy.
