Caught the first two bass of the year on soft plastics, one 6lb on a pink spindle worm and a 4lb on a sidewinder , been out twice before with no luck, i seen at least six fish in the morning but wouldnt take, was down kimore quay way last week also with no luck, the two fish were in great condition,they both took on the slow drop of the lures,the water is still a bit cold for plugging
