Tubertini Gorilla uc-4 fluoro carbon

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

have a few tubertini rods and reels, quality stuff IMHO, can't say anything negative about it. Surely their lines are not to bad either, never tried them though, but thanks for your suggestions. Normally I use Seaguar, unfortunately this is a bit pricey
here is a link for tubertini stuff: http://www.tubertini.co.uk/line.htm
good luck and tight lines!

Cheers for the replies lads i've made a few traces up with it and i'm heading for Bantry
for a few days i'll put it to the test down there hopefully, i got the 12kg line, it feels a bit
thin to be honest but sure i'll give it a go anyway.

Forget about the breaking strains on this stuff and go via line diameters instead. EG, 0.25/0.35 for flattie flappers 0.4-0.45 for your clip downs and you wont go far wrong. .25 a little prone to tangling alright but its the equivalent of 10lb mono diameter so thats understandable.

Have just started using this stuff myself and must say it hangs nicely on the trace and knots very well.
