Great report Dave, nice variety of fish - you did better than me at the weekend - I had very poor fishing :cry:
Cod season Winter 2013/14: 117 cod (best fish: 6.5 lbs)
Cod season Winter 2014/15: 193 cod (best fish: 4.25 lbs)

Thanks for the kind comments lads (and Kerry1 :wink: ) :lol: . I was chuffed for Neil really,,,,,,he puts in a lot of hours and big baits looking for those big fish,,,,,,nice to see it paying off. That bass doesnt know how lucky he was to be caught in daylight,,another hour and he would have been exposed to the full glare of the Petzl Ultra :roll: ,(note to self,,,,,,,,,bring Optrex next time to remove grit from fishes eyes).I'll also pay more attention to my bait presentation after watching Erics masterclass :shock: .

thanks to everyone for all the nice comments, the bass was caught on my new 16ft triplex, it handled it with ease, i am well chuffed with it, roll on the smoothies.
with friends like mine ----who needs enemies
