Tornadeo8 picked me up at 12.30 and we headed for west conamara to meet up with the rest of the bunch.. we where first to arrive so we decided to set up on the far end of the beach, doggie and al and jordan arrived soon after and they headed for the other end.... tornadeo8 was first of the mark with a fine double header of flounder,,, but that weed had followed me down from mayo.. a night mare again with the weed,,, so phoned doggie to see any weed up his end ,,no his answer so we went up........As we got up to them there was fish been landed right left and centre,,, so things looked up...... "THE JORDAN HOUR" jordan was looking for his first ever turbot and thornie ever.. i looked up the beach to see young jourdan jumping up and down with excitement.... went up and he had his turbot,, and shake on the hand,, good man i said,,,,, what a great little angler... watch this space all....... well back to me i was still waiting on my first fish but with no luck the blank gods where on me..... doggie landed a fine turbot,,,, im sure they will report on it.......

as dan said we went to a second mark.... things where good mike landed the first ray and they the doggies showed,,,, tornadeo8 was also busy landing fish... so was everyone else,,, bar myself.... the fish just did not go near my baits at all........ so the blank was in.....
have to say the lads i fished with over the two days where a great bunch of lads and good crack... no fish for me but the crack was better...... AND JORDAN WAS THE STAR OF THE DAY...... READ HIS REPORT WHEN HE PUTS IT UP....
PS,, NOLE i will make up for it on sunday boat.........

total result for the day,al,one flounder five dogs,jordan two flounder,one TURBOT,one THORNBACK RAY, five dogs,me 5,flounder one was a pb of 37cm,one turbot of 33cm,new species for this year,and seven doggies,dertermined dan,five doggies and a ray the biggest one 7lb 2oz,his mate neil?(TOLD YA ID FORGET) i think five doggies,tornado8 two flounder a ray and doggies "lucky" nada,

I heard about the guys winding you up cause you weren't catching anything, they are a bad bunch the lot of them! When I heard that there was rays being caught I thought that you would have been catching them for sure, your usually like a magnet to them.
It sounds like you's all had good craic though which is the main thing.
Don't go changing your username just yet, I'd say it won't be long before you catch plenty again
