Twin Power 4000 FC parts or service

Quick question is there any one in Ireland that carrys spare parts for a twin power 4000fc, i was cleaning the bail arm this evening and ping out popped two small pieces, no where to be found so now i need another one to get me going again,,the proper term for what i need is a bail spring guide A and a spring guide A support or, if anybody knows of any one even who dose reel servicing that might be able to get us sorted out.....

dont think anyone in ROI stocks spares but Henrys Tackle in Dublin will be able to get them for you. you should probably send the reel off to england and get it serviced as its a very good reel and should not fall apart that easily. never heard of a dodgy one b4 and at that price they should be faultless. dont bother trying to contact shimano directly.

Pat or Henry at Henrys in Dub will sort this out. I Had the same prob with a reel last year, dropped it in to them and they got it sorted for me ASAP. Top service from the lads and great value for money (01 8555216)

Or you send direct to : Felindre Servicing SAS LTd Felindre, Swansea - Shimano's agent in the UK for warranty repairs + general service.

thanks for the replys lads i ended up gettin g the number off someone last night for the place in Swansea who do the uk serving,rang them first thing parts on the way so hopefully all will go to plan when they arrive....

It was my fault completly Eoin no other problems with the reel so far very happy with it hope she will see out another few years for me
