Sorry a bit late in posting
Headed down to Strangford, we were supposed to be fishing an hour before high tide but due to a major traffic accident it took my mate 2 and half hours travelling down from Carrick.
When we arrived the weather was absolutely glorious, so it was great just to be out. After a short walk to the mark we were fishing, i was disappointed to arrive late as i assumed things wouldn't be that great with the tide not being as i would like it ,but after only 5 mins Stevie hooked into one it was probably around the 1lb 1/4 mark, after a quick photo back it went.
I now thought it was going to be a good day but sadly not, stayed on the run for another hour with not even a touch, and when me moved a short distance down the shore to fish another run it was spoiled very shortly afterwards with the arrival of my favourite friend the seal.

Hope to get out this weekend again so hopefully might have better things to report.
