Killiney/Bray

#1 Post by masterkeane »

Not much to report here i was on babysitting duties yesterday for two hours so i took my niece and my daughter to killiney for two hours , and of course i brought 20 rag and my match rod for the craic :!: Considering i wasnt expecting to catch anything at 1 o clock in the afternoon on a dropping tide with flat calm clear water i was chuffed with my two plaice and a new species for the year  .... then i was kept to a promise for my godson to catch a fish so i took him to bray last night for an hour to use up the last few worms and some makerel and to catch his first ever fish and he was over the moon ... already annoying his mother about buying some fishing tackle   whoops

Well done on the new species John! Might have to pop out that way during the week now after I've done some babysitting duty. And as for the nephew wanting fishing gear. I think you did a whoopsie alright
