What is the best setup for connecting your lures when using braid. I'm sure I saw a post here last year that gave some good details but can't find it now. To date I've merely taken pike techniques to the salt. So I've used a wire trace connected via a loop. From some posts here I understand some folks use a mono leader and then a "clip". What knot is used to tie the mono to the braid - I've had bad experiences with any knots in braid so far...
Any info much appreciated.
