Hound baits other than crab

#1 Post by bigsod »

Most hounds ive got have been taken on crab, but my best ever hound fell to 3 large rag on a 2\0. Anyone have any different baits that have caught a few hounds?

I'm rich!
I remember wading in 6 inches of water somewhere and loads of the feckers running away from me, now to try and remember where I was
I also know of a wild oyster bed....That could be something for me when im unemployed

they will take most baits but crab would be their main food source so in theory should outfish rag or lug ,i believe spider crab thats peeling is deadly for them too i wonder where the hell you,d find them  "spider crab, spider crab catches smut like no other crab ,hey ho cos he,s a spider crab!"  (i think i forgot to take my tablets  )
