Well i got up early today and headed to Redbay, arriving at 04.am.
weather was lovely and no need for the fleece .
I was here on easter monday evening but the wind was so bad i never got to wet the line but it is always a nice drive out so not a complete waste of time.
I never have big expectations here so my single wee coalie didnt surprise me at all although after reading recent reports i had slightly higher hopes this time but hey....thats fishing for ya .
Stopped at Garron point for a while on the way home but losing 3 rigs in 30 mins doesnt give you the urge to hang around does it ? It sure looks like a good spot for a bit of float fishing when the weather picks up though.
