hi all going to sligo next week for a short holiday i am hoping to add a few species to my list maybe huss or ray sometin like that i will be stayin in sligo town can anyone tell me where to fish and get bait

im sure some of the local lads will give you a few places to fish as for bait, a shore thing in westport should sort you out. Ring to pre order fresh bait if thats what your after, otherwise they stock all frozen baits

as fabergas said not much happening at the moment you will get doggies and the odd flounder and trout let us know if you need a few marks

Ya its very slow at the moment hit & miss although more miss but ya never know!! Barton smiths on hyde bridge do must frozen baits & house of value in wine street carpark do a few as well

You could try the back of mullaghmore pier for conger eel
