as ya enter the beach there is rocks on the right hand side.. i normall fish on the sand just left of these, try 2 rods at 2 different distances with 1/2 hook rigs with 2/0 hook. Big lugworm baits work best i have tried other baits including peeler but none seem to work as well as lug... razor fish is a good cocktail bait for the lug.Landers leisure lines in tralee will have any tackle you need and you can dig lug about 6 miles out the fenit road at the back of the oyster tavern pub .. hope this helps

get a hold of the bob moss book, gives you a load of great info and lots of different places to fish in differing weather conditions,a guide to shore angling on the dingle peninsula
