hey guys with the water warming up I have a hankering for some flounder. google tells me that Ringabella throws up some good ones but since ive never gotten around to fishing there Ive no great idea as to tactics. peeler I presume, long snoods and plain weights? straight into the deep channel?

anyone got any advice? particularly, is there any reason not to fish from the sandbar opposite the carpark? its a much shorter drive to Fountainstown than Ringabella for me
species 2010: whiting, cod, flounder, coalfish, short spined sea scorpion, pollack, herring, conger
