Penn 450ssg spinfisher

Thinking of getting one of these from USA as my shimano Technium 4000 is knackered. Has anyone got one or heard any comments on it?

They are nice reels the only problem I have had with them is sometimes the anti-reverse fails. I now use the Penn Slammer reels they have continuous anti reverse the 260 or 360 would be similar to the 450ss
try a website here in the states called "surf talk" or it might come up as "stripers on line" one of the most popular shore (surf) fishing sites in the US. you can learn from knowledgeable fishermen and buy good used tackle there.

Thanks Dick. I changed my mind my mate is on holiday in the USA and I got him to get me a Shimano Saros4000F looks a nice reel.

been there done that, one time i typed in "the old head" , boy was i suprised what old women can do.
