i would think so except if your near an estuary with sea trout

Yes it probably is, the water temp is still too low, a few weeks of warmer weather and we will be off

There have been a few bass to about 3lb coming off Clare beaches in the last month, mostly to shiny silver lures.
The Truth is often stumbled upon by men, most of whom pick themselves up and hurry along as if nothing ever happened.
