Im tying a few rigs for the hounds in the next few weeks, I find a 2/0 pulley rig hard to beat with a 2 hook loop rig with 2/0s a close second, I always use Maxima in 30 or 40 lb for the snoods. What hound rigs do you use?

Im getting fat waiting for them.....i use 4/0 big baits lots of scent...iv bought a few owner circle hooks lets hope more hook ups 8)

Pulley with 25lb Berkley Trilene (cheap and good!) with 2/0 or 3/0 Mustad Hooks with a snell knot. Don't know why but I like :lol:

up and over with a 40lb 8 to 10 foot snood and a 2/0 varivas hook

Hi guys. Just starting out. Looking forward to fishing for the smoothies. When would ya recommend to start and any good spots? Preferably north dublin. No car just bike :cry:

not sure about North Dublin marks but the Hounds should start showing mid may 8) cant wait :D

hopefully il be getting my 1st this year..cant wait 8) would prob use a up and over rig, love it for distance fishing

cant wait... B&B booked for the 18th of june... I have some up and over rigs there for jose the smoothhound and some flappers for the selina the bass
