If this is the stuff your after...

World Class Fulling Mill. 10 Euro for 50m.

Check out http://www.shop-sotw.com/Merchant2/merc ... de=LEADERS

Some recon Royal Wulff is the strongest and best at http://www.royalwulff.com/leaders.html#seawulffleaders

Another good one is GHOST FLOUROCARBON which is 100% Pure Flourocarbon with the same light refraction properties of water.

Don't know if I'll make it down as far as Wicklow this weekend. Should get down to Greystones though.

Good Luck

I've used the 15lb Fulling Mill which is a nice smooth line, sinks easily and is invisible. Still got some somewhere, darned if I can find it though.

The best selling fluorocarbon line is "Rio FluoroFlex" and should be available in most good tackle shops. It is mostly used by flyfishermen for tippets.

I have some Berkley Vanish flourocarbon, 6lb, but I presume they do heavier for salmon. Bought at Rory's

I bought a spool of Berkley Flourocarbon Vanish line (10 lbs), over here in the states. $10 for 250 yards. MB3 I will get you a spool if you want?

Ed i have just walked in the door from Wexford fishing trip (otherwise i would have replied sooner). a very generous offer but i am broke. have u used this stuff yourself? sounds like your getting a good deal on that stuff. funnily enough in this weeks 'Aglers Mail', and at other times, Mike Thrussell claims that dropping down to 8lb. line can catch fish in clear/ calm conditions. being a fair weather fisherman i juat want to try it for myself! thanks anyway. cheers.
