People:me eric and bigsod

Duration:8 till 12

Tide:rising

Weather:flat calm -1

Bait:lug mac razor crab

Rigs:lots

Results:codling,whiting,flounder coaly,s rockling (sole?)(35 to 40 fish between us)




Report:with most marks producing small fish up the east coast we didnt manage any suprises :cry:some nice plump flounder and a good steady flow of fish with plenty of doubles and trebles ,few whiting showed up at distance in the last hour 8) was actually starting to miss the little blighters :mrgreen: eric arrived up to me and sod claiming to have a sole :?: i,ll let you guess where he got it i recon its a small dab :wink: i didnt get a dab maybe eric got a few ?

Id like to say thanks to Roger and Eric for there kind bait donations as I only made the decision to go out at the last minute and only had 1 mackeral and the lads both were good enough to give me some lug and razor.Funnily enough I seemed to get most of my fish on mackeral including a 30cm flounder.

You should have seen what I saw in Wicklow Harbour tonight :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: ,,,,,,,me and Neil couldnt make up our minds whether it was human or canine :roll: :roll: ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,unless it was a cone off a large tree that got washed up :lol: :lol: It was a similar shape to this but I didnt fancy putting my measure near it ,,,,just in case it wasnt a cone :roll: :roll: :roll:.It was definitely specimen size though :lol: :lol:
