secret mark in wexford

People:mitch ringo billy gaynor myself

Duration:a few hours

Tide:dropping

Weather:great

Bait:all sorts

Rigs:all sorts

Results:loads of fish




Report:met with the lads at 6.30 pm, they were down before me , loads of fish dabs codling whiting with billy getting a 3lb 11 ounce cod will post the photo later on this evening
with friends like mine ----who needs enemies

seatrout,plaice,dogfight,wrasse,Pollack,thornback ray,spotted ray,red gurnard,tompot blenny,sandeel,herring,mackerel....

It was a good nights fishing i arrived around 5 ish and straight into fish doubles all night ,and a
good variety as well with lots of codling to 30 cm flounders to 28 cm whiting and rockling and dabs to 27 cms


billys codling was caught on high water with lug and prawn cocktail [thanks seanie35] if it works in youghal why
shouldn't it work on eastcoast :P :P and it does :!:

heading back down tonight armed with lug and prawns

They were in Greystones last night. I seen a bright beam of light coming from the beach. Had to Fishface!!

no wexford county , and please dont mention about my light again its now taboo, wait on eyes to resize the photo so wont be long now, as for eyes not coming its a bit far for him to come on a week night, he needs his beauty sleep, but he knows where we were but he wont tell either

Whats the big deal about this spot lads it doesen t sound like much to me with a 3lb codling been the biggest fish caught it don t say much for the spot really an i d say your spot is safe i don t think they ll be waiting to follow you to the spot if ye got nine or ten fish the same size there that might be worth keeping to yourself

We dont all live in Cod Heaven Enda :roll: , at the moment id give my right leg for a codling like that off the East Coast :mrgreen: Its Fishfaces pet hate giving away marks anyway :wink: even when all hes getting is pin whiting and postage stamp flatties :lol: he still wont tell you where he was fishing.
