Things werent lookin gr8 for success when we arrived when we were talkin to a lad who was fishin there for a fair few hours and only got a small codling, but boy things werent going to be that way for us. Good fishin and thankfully i had a MUCH better dey then the father with a beautiful cod and whiting, the best so far for me. Also 2 sound men pulled in from wicklow and they got about the same fishin as we got. Also Although the fishin was a little bit unproductive we moved with another fisherman who is a friend of another fishin buddy to a nearby mark. Fishin was about the same there and just as we were about to leave the 2 fishermen who were beside us at our 1st mark came by to see had we any improvement in fishin and fishin was the same at the nearby mark.Headed home and made a stop for a healthy meal of burger and chips
Altogether a good days fishin few keepers so not a blank thankfully
