People:me and jnr

Duration:6 till ten

Tide:fallin

Weather:not bad

Bait:lug and crab

Rigs:two flap

Results:18 small codlin 7 flats 5 rocklin 6 pin whitin 5 coalies




Report:nice night had bait left over from our trip to youghal on sat where we met rock hunter and melisa what lovely people realy enjoyed it . so we went done to a local mark into fish straight away doubles most of the time but nothin of any size so more of the norm really

may be rodger but myself and jnr have decided to change our blanking system if we get no keeper we have blanked so id say we are in for a lot of blanks

not bad at all for this time of year. just keep in mind numbers of bass will be back to a nice level a couple of months as well as smoothies in the summer, not mention the chance of ray 8) looking forward to the summer

nice one padge you and junior are clocking up the miles. try useing different baits bring a selection with you that way the smaller fish wont be stripping the hooks. squid is a great tough bait they cant strip that as quickly as lug or some of the softer baits it gives the bait time to send out a scent to bigger fish that might happen to be lurking.you can buy squid in any of the asian supermarkets frozen its very cheap and effective

That was a great haul of fish - even if they were small at least you were kept busy.
