The only bait that is eluding me at the minute can someone tell where to get snakes on the antrim on down coast..

i heard you can catch them in milisle on mini rigs with bits of herring but that may be an urban myth.

i dont know of any spots in antrim but your basically looking for a concentrated tubeworm bed at the extreme lw mark. we can only really get snakes down here on the massive spring tides, for example the ones we had over the weekend. their never down too deep either, 18'' max.

went out at the weekend.. didnt find any worth talking about...loads of those tubedurts but no massive whites.... elm street.

time to get the gear washed and sorted and then put away for a couple of months.. I have about 5 balls of rigs that need chopped up.
