Bass guide/gillie

just wondering if theres aneed for the above
catch about 4oo/500 bass each season april till set.
410 this season/ avarage 11 per session (2.5/3 HOURS)
avg.1 to 3lb.best fish 8.5lb.
best catch this season 4 times have had over 30
17 over 3lb in 2 hours
is this good enough ?
any info, comments,views?

I think you'll do alright Poacher..... Thing about guiding though is that the fishing is normally for half day or a full day. Might be an idea to have a spot or two that produce on an outgoing tide as well. A lot of people looking for guides are into plugging or fly fishing so it would help to have a couple of spots for that type of fishing. You'll need slimmer flies for your regular spot, where normall Bass flies will work in most of the other areas around you.

Depends on the locality really as there are a number of active guides that offer packages in the South West & South East.

well i have to say ur putting the great mike ladle to shame nearly doubling his catch rate. plus at least doubling our own best gilles here who have a few ppl out 8 months of the year fishing. all day every day

the above catches are true
fished area 25 years
took over 20 anglers(free) fishind this year all except 2 (bigbass and his mate mark of this web site)cought bass
could catch lots more. fished about 50 times thisyear
do u want to come fishing i,ll show you
will defenatly catch bass have until end oct.
u game or what?
how much do these other gillies charge?
how much fish do they catch??
i let back 90%
i use spinners,bars,redgills,lugs,sandeels

never done aday
spend all my time on fishie things
like; fishing same area at same stage of tide every day for 2 months
like;5 years studying 1 mile of river;ie,cormorants biggest threat to brown trout;
like;detailed accounts of sea trout runs for 3 local rivers(colligan,tay,mahon)spaning 24 years
like;showing others to fish ect.
like getting polloution stopped
and lots more fishie things
by the way i never went to school much either guess where i was;;;
who,s mike ladle?

timeing more important than all others weather bait ect.

Never done a day ? Your mother must be so proud of you. I'd love to fish so much but someone has to work to pay for your benefits I suppose... :x rself.
