People: Myself, 2 friends came down for about half an hour- jon and william

Date : 24/ january/ 2010

Venue: Ards Peninsula

Duration: 2.15pm-7.05pm

Tide: push, high and drop

Weather: nice and calm, drizzly for a while

Bait: Lug, Whites, Rag, Crab, Mackerel, Sandeel, Squid and Razorfish

Rigs: Variety

Results: 4 Flounders- 31cm, 30cm, 26cm and 28cm, 12 Whiting- 12-28cm, 2Codling- 21cm and 24cm,. 3 coalies- 19cm, 22cm and 27cm and an 18cm Shore Rockling.


Report:
The session started quite badly, but around about 4.30pm it began to pick up a bit, started to get plenty of whiting and some codling, later the flats began to feed with some nice ones at ovewr 30cm along with some coalies, last cast i pulled a rockling.
