Am investigating this mark with view to fishing there shortly and seems to me to be somewhere near Bolus head on the southern side. Can anyone help by being a bit more specific ?

I hear there are pollock there...anyone fished here and recently and can update that ?

hi
There is good fishing the whole way to bolas head itself. a good walk down mind u. is more sheltered than the other side of the bay from swells. the water drops off real deep here to over 100 feet in places. i like to fish the beach before the artists village. the best directions i can give is to go to the village ( ask anyone where the artists village is) and then turn around and drive back about a mile r so till u reach the entrance to a huge house. big walls electric gates etc, the only house in the whole area with them. directly after that there is a small road to the right. Either walk r drive down, u may have to reverse up so beware. fish either side of the small bay, i usually favour the far side from where u come onto the beach. the further out towards the headland the bigger the pollock. usual rules apply as to dusk and rising tide. it can be great. no bass mind u off the rocks but mullet off the beach
