anyone got a quick guide to pulley rig used one belong to eric last night but lost it was going to copy it and have a few for uptiding

There was a very clever pulley rig featured on Keith (Arthur's ?) show on Sky sports last Friday 22/01/10. If you have Sky+ it available on the anytime thingy all week.
Im looking forward givin it a lash for the Thornies at Fahan in a Month or two!
