Marathon Gas Platform records the eye of the storm

With the south coast being battered with Force 10 winds all night and all morning, an eye in the storm passed thru mid morning. At 11am The Marathon Gas Platform off the Old Head was becalmed with wind speeds of 0 mph recorded. This was short lived as the F10 winds resumed shortly after.
