Guess that was the original dream not much work being done there at the moment.
Grapevine says it has been mothballed for a while. :?:

we were fishing north beach last weekend and the diggers were still going at 10 pm :shock:

yep its all on hold at the moment and has been for a while now.
the entire scheme is being revised down wards, not sure how much the actual marina will be affected but the residential & commercial part of the development have been cut drasticially.

i havent heard anything to be honest just came across the vid. just thought it might be of interest, used to fish around there a bit in the spring and summer. its no suprise it hasnt gone to plan!
