Catch Mick blank. Me 2 Bass
Report.
Only decided to fish when Mick rang at 6 pm. First hour and a half we did not get a bite. We were contemplating moving to another nearby beach when Mick had a bite which he missed. We decided to give it another 15 minutes. We were just about to leave when my rod tip gently dipped and fell back and slack lined me. When i tightened up i felt a good bite and struck into a good fighting fish. When the fish appeared close in the surf it looked like a bar of silver under the light of my headlight. Thinking it was a seatrout i took it careful but when landed it turned out to be a Bass
The Bass were caught on a pully rig with 2/0 hooks and 4 lug as bait.
