Portaferry, Co Down, 13/12/09

People: Dan and I

Duration: 3pm-7pm

Tide: Low

Weather: Calm and Cold

Bait: Rag, Lug, Mack, Scad

Rigs: Flapper, Pulleys, Conger Rig

Results: Codling. Pollack, Coalies, Rockling

Report:

Decided we'd go to Portaferry, so got the gear together and was there for 3pm, Fishing was very slow at the start, but as the night went on, the Codling started to show in Numbers, nothing big but plenty of fish.

Was looking for some good Coaly fishing but it never materialised....

No Congers Either...
