Shore caught records

The ISFC does not have a shore caught section. Is there a need for Irish shore caught record fish ?

why do you say that?? some anglers are shore or boat bias. why do the fisheries board not have a shore and boat divide? why not have a shore caught record fish list?

i think there should be a seperate list of record fish and specimen weights for the shore and boat, lets face it to break most records you stand a hell of a better chance on a boat.the ifsa have a difference between boat and shore specimens i think.the way sea angler magazine run the shimano awards is as a basis the way forward plus you can catch photo weigh and release and you actually get something for your efforts.
