papa dont preach we went to south beach

#1 Post by m.b3 »

People:myself and Seaniebo
Duration:4hours
Tide:rising
Weather:beautiful
Bait:crab,rag,lug,blacks,sandeel,mussel
Rigs:3hooks clipped

Results:see below

Report:fished southbeach just as it got dark. doubles and trebbles of whiting, dabs, coalies and codling with only one dog showing. most of the whiting around 30cm. the thunder and lightning was impressive and more enjoyable than the hailstones in the face. no good codling showed. whython

wasnt a bad session. thought there would have been a few more dogs- they were around for the last two weeks. the weed wasn't to bad. just the wires on the grips catching it on retrieve. good size to the whiting and we've had them in good numbers last little while too with no pins. the thunder was serious stuff i could hear it through my two hats  how did yee get on eyes? any fishies?

It's usually the same for us down here Al. Fished it twice with Mark in the last few weeks and no Pins at all :) Same happened last year and then they returned to normal size
