People:myself, fishinmidget and my brother

Duration: 3 hours

Tide:dropping

Weather:FREEZING, wet, windy, hailstones, o and lightening!

Bait:squid, mackeral and herring

Rigs: running ledgers and flappers

Results:alex: poor cod and a doggie
brother: poor cod
myself: poor cod, pouting




Report:arrived at the pier, we all threw out flappers and started getting bites, we all got poor cod on our 1st cast. this continued till the third cast and it all dried up for a while, kaylem(my brother) threw out a conger rod but no luck, not even a bite. alex got a nice bite and it turned out to be a doggie, pregnant one, it had a belly full! haha. Then i got a nice little pouting. we took our last cast and i got a decent poor cod. was enjoyable but really cold and wet! :shock: :shock:

not a nice place to be .outside holding a fishing rod and lightning about,fair play to you all for sticking it out
we dont be long missing those mild summer evenings when it was just gale force winds and rain we had to contend with
