i usually make up my leaders from a buck spool, but i got this stuff a few days ago and would like to know has anyone got any opinion's on the stuff. have they tried it? was it any good?
the spool i got was 15lb-50lb with 5x15meters.
what do you's recon, good or bad ?

I dont use them all the time but i do like tapered leaders they give a small, neat leder knot that doesnt get as clogged with weed when conditions are harsh as a standard leader.They do tend to be quite dear though. I havnt used the ultima powerflex tapered leader but have used standard powerflex 60 lb leader and find it excelent, i usualy use the sakuma tapered leader.

I've used these, they definately do have very good knot strength. the only thing to watch is if you happen to use main line over 15lb then you may need to cut off the first few feet of tapered shock leader if you have the 15-50lb version, also available is 18-70lb(i think)

have heard that the sakuma ones are quite good, must give them a try. ( when i lose these ones

done that as my mainline is 18lb B/S, the next one up is 15-60lb.
just trying these out so that i can keep the leader knot as slim as possible.
