People :1 2xrods
Duration :4 hrs
Tide :1 hr off top
Weather :mild
Bait :rag
Rigs :2 hook flapper
Results :(5 flounder 27cm-30cm (4 bass 48cm-54cm (2 guilt head bream 47cm-49cm
Report :My first ever g/h bream What a beautiful fish and what a fight. Haven't heard of them before in Wex,a bit far north for them I hear, but hopefully not the last we see of them up here.
Dose anyone know are they that rare up here or have I been unlucky enough to avoid them for the last 35 years?

Good fishing lad. Brill bass and flounder

Just looked up the specimen guide, I had 2 winners there.
Will the specimen board accept frozen fillets?

I'll consider it but you need to comply with 2 committee rules on this one......
1) You need post a selection of photo's showing the fillets placed against a commonly recognised match rule/measure
2) You need to pm the details of the mark, conditions, tide, bait etc
If you sort the above, I'll make sure your "frozen fillet specimen certificate" is sent by 1st class mail on monday
