Lads, just a reminder that it is site policy that people can be as specific as they want in reports. Granted, there are some marks that are sensitive etc, but if you think a friend has given away too much information, keep it off the thread - PM him. If it is particularly sensitive PM a mod or an admin, or use the REPORT POST (!) icon. I'd like to keep the "moderation" off thread. And please, don't post something that is deliberately misleading.

Well done on the bass - the kids must have been delighted.
I missed the photo too - not that it would have done me any good as I don't think I will be fishing for bass in Wicklow any time soon, although if the weed doesn't clear off my regular south coast beaches soon I might have to venture further afield.

Great to see the kids catch a few fish :P fair play to SOD
for pointing you in the right direction
id say the brownie points are in the bag when the other half saw
the smiles on kids faces and them telling the stories of days fishing

i brought two young lads fishing on thurd evening ,one not only got his first bass he followed it up with 9 more :roll: two more fishing junkies in the making :mrgreen: and of course who forgot his camera :oops: :oops: :oops:
