Report:went to my favorite mark to check if the fish is still there.set up for 3 rods,1 for conger,second rod for general fishing and the other for mullet(spinning).not long micro pollack takin the bait and get busy unhooking ,the mullet start showin 4 of them but the water was so clear they are easily spook.grab my spinning gear set up and toss toward them but they swam away.back to my gprod again busy unhookin my micro pollack,in no time i saw my spinning rod bouncing and ripping the line thank God i set the bait runner on .it takes 8 minutes to land this fish,here's the picture

my 3lbs 8oz mullet
back to my gprod and unhooking my micro pollack ,30 minutes after i caught my mullet my conger rod started screaming
i grabbed the rod and engaged the clucth....mann the fight was intense and he pulled the line hard,to make the story short i beached him and weighed

my 8lbs 14oz conger
after that i landed one doggie as well here's the pic

brilliant session zeke nice there are a few mullet still about, and you are doin the rite thing to disguise that mark after what happened at my fave mullet spot

nice conger as well - havent had one in ages myself -you sure as hell know u have a fish on when you hit into one.

will hopefully meet up on one of thopse marks if i ever find the time to get out again

yeh that wee spot holds a variety of species as well and never blank(not yet )every time i fish there
