was scared at first to use the reel down, the thought of using my left thumb to control the spool was putting me off, for i am right handed and always casted with the reel up. but i've the got the knack now of casting with the reel down, and i'm well pleased with the distances i'm hitting, i feel the rod loading far better and can feel the power in it. so a big thank you to beachcaster for the advice.

i know its near halloween but dunking for bass do you think it will catch on congrats on the bass and getting your rod back
